Hayden Lake Marina is currently looking to hire a Boat Rental Coordinator to participate in many areas of operation as needed.  The Marina team member will join the Hayden Lake Marina team which ensures an excellent experience is had by all our members and guests. The role will ensure that rental boat bookings are successfully deployed, boat deliveries are made as needed, buildings, docks and the property are maintained and compliant with rules and regulations outlined by state and county and also assist in delivery and pick up of boats to and from our storage buildings, boat detailing and other tasks as needed..

Responsibilities

  • Help organize and maintain the cleanliness of the facility.
  • Coordinate rental booking activity, rental boat cleanliness supplies.
  • Drive pick-up trucks with boats and trailers to and from various storage locations
  • Hook up and unhook trailers, and launch and haul out boats.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Uses hand tools and power tools in making maintenance repairs and maintaining grounds, docks and walks.
  • Maintains awareness of safety issues and reports them immediately to supervisor.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

  • Proven skills or the willingness to be trained in equipment maintenance and marina operations
  • A valid driver’s license
  • A positive attitude combined with the ability to communicate fluently.
  • Commercial awareness and an eye for detail in all aspects of work
  • Ability to work independently to achieve goals.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work.
  • Ability to work in a team environment to achieve team.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours on the needs of the property.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
  • Must be 18.
  • This is a seasonal position April - November.
