  1. Proper handling and storage of all food items 
  1. Food preparation and portioning 
  1. Cooking on the grill 
  1. Operating the fry station 
  1. Prepare pizza orders 
  1. Dressing items to order 
  1. Check for product quality and consistency 
  1. Cleaning grills and fryers 
  1. Cleaning including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes, wiping counter-tops and sanitizing food areas
