We take pride in offering an exceptional guest experience to locals and visitors alike.  We are seeking an energetic and experienced Front of House Manager to lead our FOH team through the busy summer season. This is a seasonal, full-time position perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for hospitality, and enjoys working in a scenic, outdoor-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all FOH operations, including hosting, serving, and bar service

  • Lead, train, and support FOH staff to ensure excellent customer service

  • Schedule and manage FOH team members to meet business needs

  • Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment

  • Resolve guest concerns in a professional and proactive manner

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations

  • Collaborate with the kitchen and management team to maintain smooth service

  • Monitor inventory of FOH supplies and assist with ordering as needed

  • Uphold cleanliness and presentation standards throughout FOH areas



Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a FOH supervisory or management role, preferably in a high-volume or seasonal restaurant

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Proven ability to manage a team and deliver outstanding guest experiences

  • Knowledge of POS systems and basic business operations

  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Must be at least 21 years of age

  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
