Responsibilities


  • Ensures fulfillment of preventative maintenance programs including all equipment, heating and air, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, etc., including all public areas, and the marina.
  • Inspects all areas of resort for needed maintenance and cleaning on a regular schedule.
  • Prioritizes and completes work orders in a timely manner. Monitors and corrects all deficiencies.
  • Identifies with Harbor Master dock maintenance, dock finger maintenance, and enforces marina rules and regulations with assistance from General Manager.
  • Ensures swimming pool and maintenance duties meet health department regulations.
  • Maintains all building exteriors and common area interiors.
  • Responsible for hands-on service duties including the oversight and requirements of boats entering the marina.
  • Ensures all work is performed in a safe and efficient manner and that all applicable health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Creates and maintains an environment that provides an exceptional guest and owner experience.
  • Responsible for adhering to the established budget
  • Manages large projects while at the same time ensures the daily maintenance tasks are completed.
  • Assists other departments in fulfilling guest requests and resolving guest concerns.
  • Educates maintenance team on emergency procedures and safety precautions. 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must have carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and structural experience.
  • Weekend work will be expected depending on marina needs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
